Although what the family has to main role in breeding generations, except that international conventions didn’t give it the decent care such it comes a lot of conventions, and it bedevil the items completely from any sign for the term of the family despite it takes about women’s issues that imposes itself to talking about the family. However the conventions take the woman as member that curtailment from the social context.
The statement issued by the forty eighth session of the Commission on the Status of Women that was entitled “ The Implementation of the Nairobi Forward-looking Strategies for the Advancement of Women “.
The statement talked about importance measures to implementation these strategies to achieve the goals in “ peace, improvement and justice “, and didn’t mention anything about family otherwise it focus on the statement in the basic complex the women in whole shape to make decision in general live even it’s in local level or in international organization.
Also in 1995, the economic and social council report is one of the official documents for general organization in fiftieth session didn’t mention the family in the whole the report that reached a population of 227 pages cross fourteenth units/chapters, despite it take about subjects that related such as; human rights, the improvement of the women, and the role of the women in development…. etc.

Or the term family is used to legitimize the relations outside of marriage and abnormal relationships.
