Saeda Mahmood[1]It has been decided for Heads and Governments of Member States of the one hundred ninety three in the United Nations in New York from the twenty-fifth to twenty-seventh September 2015, to celebrate the anniversary of the seventy of the organization, which also marks the twentieth anniversary of the Declaration and the Beijing Platform for Action, [2] the corporate will depend.
And the next conference denied the most serious document ever since the establishments of the international board, in one hand it assure all documents regarding woman, former residents, including complicated issues that been kept hidden, because that document is conflict with religion, human nature, and values, but it appears that the reservations had gone unheeded.Other thing which is more serious, this document that to be adopted establish a road map for our children, and our grandchildren, or as what this document described itself in article number fifty-one “it’s a charter for the people, and the earth in the twenty one century”, thus, approval for all its contains considered an entrench evaluation, policies, and legislation that will prevail the next century. We will address through this article only one of the complicated issues contained in this document, which is called (Gender).

That term system, which cause a lot of controversy around it, which is a misleading term first time came in 1979 in the introductory paragraph of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, known simply as “CEDAW”, and none of the Islamic States did pay any attention to it, perhaps because it has been mentioned only for once, as well as translating it to Arabic version to the Convention to gender equality, a false translation.

Then stated in the Cairo Conference on Population 1994 (51) the subject, some of which came in ninth paragraph ten of Article 4 of the Declaration, which calls for breaking down all distinctions of gender text, but no one give any matter to it, because it translated in Arabic to (male / female), and then did not pay attention to it. [3]

Taking into account the configuration plan and the gradual imposition of the concept, the term appeared for a third time, but more clearly in Beijing document in 1995, where the term gender repeated 233 times. [4]

Beijing Conference witnessed a terrible conflict between the participating delegations about clarifying what is the term as Islamic countries insisted on define it to male and female, while Western countries have rejected this definition, and that’s what Predict a hidden intention, and a complete insistence on imposing its ramifications on all peoples.

The conflict continued for days in an attempt to define the term, in the end it was agreed not to define the term, and included it in the Dictionary of the United Nations terminology as (The non -definition of the term Gender), and each country has to choose the profile that they want!

So it had variety of translations: “social type,” “genderism,” “gender type,” “2 genders”, “social gender”, the common denominator in all of them is that it does not indicate a clear meaning.

The new document that will be approved in the twenty-fifth to twenty-seventh of September came to confirm the term “gender” with its derivatives, starting from its coronation as one of the Millennium Goals through entering many document items, leading to demand that governments incorporating it within the various policies, not caring for the countries that reserve on many of it contains regarding the term “gender”.

This means the issue of gender equality, and the subsequent approval of homosexuality, and gay rights, and absolute equality between men and women is targeted globally resolved through new agenda articulated issue; it is what is being emphasized under the title “The New Agenda” that “circular of the systematic gender perspective in the implementation of the New Agenda is crucial.” [5].

Contexts in which the term gender stated in the new agenda:
The term “gender” mentioned in the adapted document for confirmation seventeen times, sometimes mentioned once per item, and sometimes mentioned more than once.

The first thing that was demonstrated by his appearance in the foreground, and then the item (3), item (8), item (14), item (20) Target (1 / b) and (4.5) and (4.7) and (4.a) and ( 5) and (5.c) and (17.18) of “accounting and follow-up”, and item (74-e) of follow-up.

The term comes sometimes claiming in document for the government’s to equal the types of genders “der equality” and sometimes to eliminate the disparities between species “gender disparities”, thrice to reduce the gap between types “gender gap” forth to taking into account the sensitivity of gender in development strategies “gender-sensitive development strategies” fifth is to integrate a gender perspective in all General policies “the systematic mainstreaming of a gender perspective”, and so on, more over the document put a time limit for the governments to must be commitment it it’s general policies, mostly the items begin with words “by 2030….”

Gender: The term and meaning:

It came out in Annex IV of the Report of the Fourth Conference on Women held in Beijing the following:
“1 used the word« gender », and understood in the context of normal use, and is generally accepted in several forums and conferences of the United Nations.

2. There is no evidence that the meaning or a new meaning to the term differs from the previous acceptable may be used within the Platform for Action.

Therefore the Contact Group [6] confirms that the word «gender» used in the Platform for Action is intended to translate, understand and use, according to the ordinary, which is generally accepted. “[7]

Thus, the definition of word (gender) did not provide means (sex), but left vague term; to be used and interpreted according to the desired strategies from behind to use it, and here lies the danger!

We will address only two definition for this term; because each refers to one side of the coin: Ø according to the UNESCO: (gender) refers to «roles and responsibilities assumed by men and women, who grew up in our families, our communities and our cultures, and the acquisition of these roles, and aspirations by learning; a subject to change with time, as they differ from one culture to another, and within the same culture, and remains the concept of gender vital; because if applied to social analysis, it reveals the method under which the establishment of subordination of women (or the control of men) in the community, and thus This dependency itself be subject to change or cancellation, they are not inevitable and spend a bit, not installed forever »([8]).

Advantaged this definition:

That the community is the reason why in the consciousness of the individual masculinity, or femininity, away from so-called biological differences between the genders, that is, the community – from the perspective of gender – is responsible for determining the respective roles of men and women, and social relations between the two – not the procreation that Allah created people – and these relationships, roles are subject to change, and therefore become a women’s ability to perform the same work done by men, no matter what type of work is is, in contrast, can be for a man to do all pastoral roles played by women in the family, no matter what work type it is! [9]

Ø according to the British Encyclopedia:

((Gender identity)) is “a human sense of himself as male or female, as it is possible that the identity of gender later made up, or secondary; to evolve and overwhelm the basic gender identity, where the acquisition of patterns of sexual behavior in later life, as the sexual behavior patterns, and is typical of them also develop later even between the sexes!”[10].

Advantaged this definition:

That the human type and identity determined by his sense of himself, and not their self that been created by God, including opening the door to change that identity influenced by social factors, which lead to a change of nationality person tendencies in what is known (sexual Orientation), if a person created as a male, and feels that he Female, then his identity is (female), and thus sexual orientation towards male like him, so the sexual relationship between two males homosexually (they called Gays), and if the god created a female, and she feels she’s a Male, sexually go towards the female, and the sexual relationship between two females called (Lesbians) [11].

Thus the term “gender” became two-sided coin crosses, one for analogue between men and women equality, assigning roles to each of them as a “kind,” and not as “sex”, ignoring the biological differences.

The other face expresses the anomaly, and that each person determines his identity at will and then his sexual orientation, and to the community to obey the wishes of the person, and give him the societal and legal acceptance.

Repercussions of the adoption of the term gender: ·

First, the concept of gender equality analogue between men and women, and ignoring the biological differences:

1-Equality in all employment opportunities:

Ranging from women’s involvement in the security wire: the army, police, and military life inside and outside the country, passing through the judiciary and the state, leading to the professions, hazardous industries, even what had been pitied her femininity to them at night or during the daytime.

In one of the documents referred to as a reference in the document to be adopted in item 188:

“The continuation of legal reforms; in order to remove discriminatory provisions from national labor laws, and the modernization of labor and purification legislation, and the promotion of equal opportunities between women and men, and between these reforms between the removal of legal barriers to the participation of women in certain occupations, industries (which are considered” dangerous “(and do Night shifts. “[12]

2- Push women out, push men in:

According to the gradient policy pursued by the United Nations in the standardization of the people on the sole model, has been preparing the ground for the exchange of roles at the Fourth World Conference on Women, held in Beijing in 1995:

Are being gradually overcome the division of labor between the sexes into productive roles, and the roles of reproductive, and women started gradually entering in the areas of work which used to be monopolized in the past on the men, and men have started to accept greater intervention of responsibility within the household tasks” [13]

International Narcotics demanding this year explicitly equality, where was in one of the reference documents cited by the document to be adopted this month; which is the environment and development in Rio de Janeiro in 1992, calls for:

Governments should take active steps; to implement programs of encouragement to ease the heavy burden carried out by women in and outside the home, through the creation of more nurseries and kindergartens by Governments, and the sharing of household chores between men and women equally.” [14] and thus be paid women wage labor abroad, whatever the price to be paid, father will replace Mother in breastfeeding, and newborn care, and governments will allow him the possibility to carry out this role by providing: “paternity leave” and “parental leave” and it does not matter if the man is fit for this role, and be able to do it like mother or not?

Or to entrust children to the role of care nurseries; even if this led to a decrease upbringing; because the sincerity of the child, and to ensure that in order to perfect his whole face will not be available except in the mother; the maternal instinct which is inherent in spite of international documents that are trying to juggle our consciousness, as not instinct, but rather a social function to any object or institution can do.

3-The campaign on the legacy system in Islam, and claim equal shares of male and female:

By 2030, ensure that all men and women, especially the poor and vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to basic services, ownership, and control over land and other property, inheritance, natural resources forms and appropriate new technology, and financial services, including microfinance . “[15]

4-Reconsideration of the family emanating from the Islamic Sharia laws:

Those laws from a gender perspective draw distinctions between women and men, or rather the discrimination against women, such as the competence of the man multiculturalism, and the power to divorce, the requirement of the guardian in the female marriage without male, guardianship for males over females, gunning for women, requiring the wife to live in the marital home, or the girl to live in her parents’ home, and to require the wife to have permission from husband, or the girl ask permission from her father to go out, travel, and work any cancellation stewardship altogether and replace it in partnership.

It is briefed on the concluding observations made by international committees, which are formed to follow up the implementation of States Parties to the convention see this clearly.

For example, the concluding observations, which were commented by the Economic and Social committee on the Moroccan delegation:

The luck of the Committee with regret the persistence of polygamy in Morocco despite the restrictions imposed by the new Family Code. And recalls that polygamy is an insult to the dignity of women, and discrimination against them, and despite the progress made by the new Family Code, particularly in divorce proceedings by mutual consent, the abolition of the compulsory jurisdiction of women, and restrictions on divorce unilaterally, and restrictions imposed on the divorce of one side.

Committee remains concerned about the persistence of some discriminatory provisions in Moroccan legislation, especially in the area of inheritance, and criminal matters.

The Committee encourages the State party to intensify efforts to respect and protect women’s rights, and recommends that it abolish polygamy once. “[16]

Second, the concept of gender identity determined by the human sense of himself, and not created by God created them.

1– Normalization with homosexuality, and granting gay community acceptance:

International documents considers that there are some cultural systems of States Parties to put gay stigma in a circle, and that the defect is not in this category, but in the nodal system, which refuses to integrate them; in response to the call of instinct, or the application of the initiated.

And then explicitly calls for the creation of these amendments in order to recognize and accept them.
Which it stated explicitly in the document review of Beijing, and pointed out that the adoption of the document as one of the references to it:

“The marginalized groups of women, and lesbian women, bisexual and sexual orientation, and variants Gender identity, they are heavily exposed groups to discrimination and violence.”[17]

In the same document, “the difficulties faced by gays and lesbians, or a different gender identity to obtain recognition of the health needs and provide them, except that individuals engaging in sexual conduct with individuals of the same sex is still considered a crime in some countries, as the owners of this behavior will be punished, and forbid them of enjoyment of the right to health, and other human rights.”[18]

2. The integration of homosexuals in all institutions:

The document – that to be adopted this month, or the documents that make up the terms of reference, and referred to in the core document – didn’t stop of demanding to accept those, but rather seeks to integrate them into all sectors of the political community, educational, and health in the political sphere, for example:
“The subject of minority women who seek to take political positions sometimes; discrimination on the basis of their ethnic origin, or ethnicity, or their religion, or disability, or sexual orientation, or their age.” [19]

Also at the Education

“By 2030, the elimination of gender disparities in education.” [20]

In the next item, “by 2030, ensure that all learners are able to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills through education for sustainable development, human rights, and gender.” [21]

All that we fear that we wake up from our coma to find ourselves, and our children are reading curriculum calls to accept homosexuality, claiming that match curricula with the global trend, and to accept unabashed abnormality of them are in the making circles, and decision-making; pretext of respect for human rights!

3. Legalize gay modes:

Do not stand at the end of documents accepted these gay community, but it want to give them protection there is no way to punish or rebuke. “Some countries have begun to provide specific legal mechanisms; to protect lesbian and gay, bisexual, and transgender persons, and put some countries specific procedures for dealing with complaints; to protect the rights of marginalized groups of women, including sex workers” [22] In another item: “few countries reform the penal code; to prevent the criminalization of conduct about the same sex.” [23] And variants gender identity “[24]

4. The extension of protection to the organizations and individuals who speak of” rights “of homosexuals:
In a document (to live in dignity by 2030: eradication of poverty) and is also one of the documents referred to by the adoption of the document under reference:

“The availability of safeguards to protect the personal security is an integral part of sustainable development, so it must secure a favorable environment under the rule of law; in order to free participation, and civil society, and for those in charge to call who express the voices of women, and groups of lesbian, gay, and bisexual, and transgender persons “[25]

5. Equal normal people with Gay in rights:

Like the women inherit her husband, the gay is entitled to inherit his partner, as well as adoptive children, and get all social guarantees received by couples natural.

Conclusion:

The term “gender” not locked in the West no more, but became imposes obligatory for ways international conventions on the peoples of the world, and at the heart of which our Arab and Islamic world, will be no shortage in the next phase some pens – paid or in good faith – caressed dreams of ordinary people; promoters of these serious document allegedly community development, in full awareness that the falsification of the issue of the terminology is not that dangerous, but we need to go beyond them, and pay attention to the development.

And rolls them that our objections are not just formulations or terms, or even paragraphs, but rather reflect the identities, “estimate interest in the adoption of a particular concept or perhaps rejection, or in custody or on its aspects, these operations must be calculated accurately; they are as well as they constitute the “mind of the nation,” it included at the heart of “identity and competence” [26].

This is not a new invention to say; in meditator intellectual heritage notes how important set of words, especially those linked to them the position of the intellectual, to the point of full care to oblige Muslims terms and specific words, and Prevent of impartiality by, or renamed without titles, even if the rapprochement between two words are so close to same meaning.

thank Allah the god of everything
